Assembly
Assembling your tools is one of the most important phases.
In this field in particular the skill and experience of our toolmakers plays a leading role. Traditionally, their competence is manifested by extreme professionalism and also by thorough understanding of machines and a broad knowledge base.
For our activity, which is the production of individual or small batches of tools, modern automation cannot be of any assistance, as it can be for the machining operations. This fact is also one of the reasons why the toolmaker’s trade still remains above all one of the pinnacles of the manual trades.
It is also at the assembly stage that our responsibility to have perfect knowledge of all the bought-in supplies and technical components that we procure and assemble comes into play.

In addition to AUTOCAD CAD, our SOLIDCONCEPT CAD/CAM station enables us to draw complex parts quickly and use this data instantaneously for machining. Integration of computer drawings into our CAMM for traceability (tif, bmp, pdf, formats etc).
