We work with our customers every day and consequently we know them very well, as we also know their requirements in terms of lead-times, quality and price perfectly. From the order to delivery, our organisation is designed to balance these three aspects for the best.
Your drawings are prepared and confirmed by the sales engineer in charge of the contract with advice from the machine shop manager. Every order is immediately recorded in our CAMM network. This guarantees the optimisation of the flow and provides traceability for every part.
We have adopted a twice-weekly material supply system, coupled with a diversified stock, to be able to reduce lead-times and offer our customers very quick reaction in the event of an emergency on their production lines.
After cutting, the machining operations start and follow through right up to assembly. We subcontract standard operations such as fabrication, electro-erosion machining, heat treatment and surface treatment, to partners we select according to the same criteria (lead-times, quality and price) and under our own responsibility. Upstream we work with a design office for the design of complex assemblies.

Operator quality control
Every operator is trained to use all our measuring and inspection equipment, including three-dimensional measuring machines. During the contract revue phase the CAMM systematically issues an inspection report that follows every part during manufacture.
It receives input and is certified by each operator (critical dimension checks, requirement inspection, etc). The inspection report is archived and a conformity file containing copies of the inspection reports is supplied with the goods on delivery.
The CAMM ensures 100 % traceability in the supply flow of materials / bought-in items / and resources. To guarantee identification, the parts are marked with our internal order number.
